Im having these error showing up a lot lately:

Those errors are being caused by all the traffic currently on the website. It can't handle everyone so it goes down temporarily. The only thing we can do is wait until things calm down

Then i guess the forum is doing quite well

Btw, isn´t there something the admis can do, to deal with all the traffic?!

Haha. If you click the download button on Imgur it downloads every photo in that album into a .zip file.


There's nothing anyone can really do, even adminisrators. However, the owner can upgrade the bandwidth of the server with the server host but that costs money and since the traffic will more than likely go down a lot after the next few days, it wouldn't be worth it in the long run.

Hopefully this won't be a problem anymore. If anyone has anymore issues like this, definitely let us know.

I´m getting this error lately =/ Like for a few minutes, 5/7.

I noticed it earlier myself. I honestly think hosting the forum on the same server as the albums might be the culprit. Those albums take a LOT of resources to run. It's all the on-the-fly resizing of images that's the cause. Not a thing anyone can do about it, except move the forum to a separate server. New leaks in the albums will pretty much take the forum offline, due to traffic and server load. Just keep refreshing. It'll come back.

What to do?

It's the bandwith problem of the site so noone except the owner can do anything. The bandwith must be upgraded but must consider will it worth or not. because the traffic can cool down in a short time and the money spent for it will be dissipated. It's better to keep calm and watch the traffic. If it keeps on then an upgrade is thinkable but imo it'll cool down. So be patient a little while, being urgent about refreshing the page continuously will not help. Just leave it for 10 min. then try again, otherwise the only change will be your anger multiplier

I haven't seen this issue pop up at all lately. But I've also seen a lot more spam too. The issues could be related. It's definitely something I'll keep root posted about. Thank you.

Makes me think of either a spammer bot or an anti-bot service and either one of them not configured well...

Could even be someone trying to mount a DDoS. Which is stupid, considering Cloudflare's ability to block such attacks.
