I stumbled upon a cam girl profile that looks eerily like somebody that I know.

Is it the same person in these two photographs?

The image on the left is of the girl I know, and the one on the right is of the cam girl.

Can't say defo not but some details tell no to me. The piercing, shape and size of noses, size and mimics of the lips seems not the same. But both images are low quality and blury so as i said can't say defo not!
