fapmag.nl blocked for anyone else?

I'd like anyone out there who is in Canada to let me know if grower's fapmag.nl site is accessible to you or not.

For some reason it has stopped working for me. All I get is "This page can’t be displayed" in IE and "This webpage is not available" in Chrome. And since grower doesn't post thumbs/previews, I can't tell what he's posting or check for duplicates.

I'm on the Rogers wireless network and need to know if they're somehow blacklisting or blocking the domain, or messed up their DNS.

yep can access it but something wrong perhaps bandwith problem site is way too slow
