Forgive me if this ends up not being true, but this is supposedly Kaley twerking topless. Really can't tell because of the horrible lighting and bad quality.

It looks like her, and the voice in it sounds like her 100%. It's a pitty it's crappy lighting when she turns around. Can't make out anything at all.

No way anyone could clear up the video quality?

No kidding. You can't make out any clarity in the face. So she's got a hot ass? Big deal. It isn't anything you can't see at a club 7 nights a week.
