yeah, of course for Kate Upton, she wouldn't be who she is today if it wasn't for google. There has already been a number of law suits and the search engines always win because they don't own the content, they just index it. Just cause you don't like the search results doesn't mean you can have them omitted.

sounds like the lawsuit has more to do with youtube and blogspot not removing the content fast enough after getting valid DMCA takedown request.

How about not take nude pictures in the first place

Yeah, they won't get anywhere with suing Google...

And even if they somehow would, it won't affect google at all. They could pay any fine without any impact what so ever.

Their not being sued for actually leaks, but i guess it´s because their not removing the sites fast enough, or something like that. But yeah, Apple is 100% to blame. And yeah, i guess if your taking pictures with your cell phone don´t store them on an on-line program lol at least save them in your phone´s card or something.

probably just getting all their legal ducks in a row before they sue apple. as I said before it sounds like it has more to fo with them not removing the pics from blogspot, youtube and other services that they own. except for maybe their search engine

FYI, Apple items automatically back up all photos to the icloud. It is very, very difficult to turn this feature off. And once it hits the icloud, it is practically impossible to delete it. I'm guessing a lot of these ladies didn't know any of this and thought the photos would be a turn on for their significant other. So, I don't blame them.
