Links to this *vid* are spammed in /b/ but they contain an empty .mp4 file, so it hasn't been released yet

From what I understand, the guy in the video is the one that has to release it and he has confirmed it is her. Vivid has been in contact with him to try and buy it, but Iggy being Iggy, she is doing her best to keep it from being released. So any link posted online claiming to have the video for the time being will be spam, especially if it's one of those sites asking you to take a survey to download it. A lot of the time people will show a picture with the link of a girl's backside with some side boob and a guy in front of her with his head around her snatch - which has been claimed on /b/, as well as many other places, to not be her.

We'll hear when it's released, though. Once it does, you can bet many folks are going to get their hands on it through torrents to make it easily accessible for everyone else, which will end up here just as fast.
