Incredibly dubious. I think it's one of those "sorta, kinda" look-alikes that either got smuggled out in the pretence of a leak, or just something someone simply came across and said, "hey this sorta, kinda looks like..." and then got swept up amidst all the recent leaks.
By the way, you better hope it isn't, seeing as how she isn't 18 and won't be for another four months...

Boobs are too big plus the chin is distinctly different. I would have to say no.

That pic was on the first leak, i think it it´s on the Becca Tobin album. Don´t know enough of Becca Tobin to tell if it´s real or not, i think it is since it was never deleted. But definitely not Chloe Moretz!

I'm pretty sure it was listed as Becca Tobin? I could be wrong, of course.
